Miles graduated with a distinction MSc Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton following a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport & Exercise Science.
He is particularly interested in sports injuries, in their mechanism, prevention and rehabilitation. He is also interested in the progress of health and exercise from school age to retirement.
Miles has a background as a Teacher of Physical Education, as well as an Exercise Specialist - providing services in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Parkinson's Exercise and Aquatic Therapy for Spinal Injuries.
In his spare time, Miles can be found on the tennis court, running various distances outdoors, or in the gym.
